Integrating Change - (Bonus Topics: Learning ASL through Machine Learning, etc...)
Savvy Saturdays (7/3/21)
Savvy Idea: Change is a slow, complex process. Learn to take small steps to integrate change.
Within the past month, I’ve started to work out early in the morning at around 5:30AM.
Several years ago, I would expect habit change to happen within a few days, but I’ve learned that habits take time to become incorporated in lifestyle.
Software products have a similar pattern. When integrating a new API or product, it always takes many moving parts and people to fully integrate software into a system.
Over the past week, I’ve been able to slowly feel more balance in my energy level.
I’ve come to learn that change is slow, but over time, things balance out within a system.
By learning to take small steps and incorporate change slowly, any change can be integrated into life.
Questions to ponder: 🤔
What change do you want to integrate into your life?
What’s realistic small steps need to be taken in order to see this change happen?

Personal life stuff… 🔔
Hello friends,
Greetings from Pensacola! 👋 Let’s jump right in!
Currently, I’m in Florida with several high school friends. We road tripped all the way from Dallas, TX to Pensacola, FL and we’ll be here through the 4th of July in order to enjoy the white sandy beach and get some sun.
With that, updates will be short:
For my work hackathon, I presented to over 100+ people and our team got Honorable Mention!
Hit 1 plate on both deadlift and bench press this past week!
I saw a truck on fire on the way from Austin to Dallas 🔥
Anyways, here are several pictures from this past week: 📷
Thanks for stopping by on this email! Follow my trip details on Insta.
With that, stay safe 😷, keep it savvy 😎, and I’ll see y’all in the next update 😊
